Everything is clean and perfect. Brilliant room, spotless, with a reasonably large bathroom. Good pillows and bed. Great, kind staff with smiling face. Excellent very central location, near to termini bus / train station, the main attractions and close to many coffee shops and restaurants.

i really enjoyed this stunningly beautiful place, stayed there for 2 nights. the room was quiet and had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. exceptional and kind staff who cared about me. it was 25 mins drive to the airport.

Wow, what a stay! The location was super, close to Roma Termini and surrounded by amazing coffee shops and restaurants. Massimo, who welcomed us, was mind-blowing. He gave us all the jaw-dropping information about must-visit places in the city. Our room had a balcony that was absolutely beautiful. The beds were super comfy, and the room was quiet. The property's proximity to the train station and metro made it so easy to explore the city. We found incredible restaurants nearby and even stumbled upon a GREAT Chinese one. The cleanliness and style of the rooms were top-notch. The owner, who runs this family business, was so friendly and helpful. He even called to remind us about the change in daylight saving time. this place had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

The room at La Residenza Suites was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find a balcony as well. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. Despite being near the station, the area was still quiet. The owner of the property was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our time in Rome. The only minor issue was the lack of additional pillows on the bed, but this was more of a personal preference. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and friendly service.

Great location just a short walk from the railway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with arranging transportation. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a much-needed respite from the small spaces typically found in the area.

While the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, it was not as close to the main attractions and restaurants. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and the main entrance felt more like an apartment building rather than a hotel.
